It’s full on summer in the Northern Hemisphere, so I hope your travels are taking you to the places you love the most at this time of year! Beach? Mountains? Down Under for winter delights? It’s all possible when you plan for it! Enjoy!
This month we are highlighting “Small Delights.” Sometimes the tiniest things bring the most joy. Just take some extra time to really look!
Wander Wednesday
“Not all those who wander are lost.”- J.R.R. Tolkien
Look closely above the shell on the wall of this building. You will see two small mice eating a bit of cheese. In London, on Philpot Lane, this sculpture is supposed to memorialize two workmen who fell from this building. One story says the men argued over a missing sandwich, which was later discovered to have been taken by mice. Finding small objects while traveling can be very rewarding.
