This is the Torch of Friendship sculpture by the artist Sebastian in downtown San Antonio, TX. It was a gift from  businessmen and the government of Mexico to San Antonio in 2002 as a visual representation of the friendship between the two countries. At 65 feet high and bright orange-red, it is certainly makes a statement.
