Volcanic stones made into an arch

Jeju Island, South Korea. This photo is from the Jeju Stone Park, a great place to see the effects of volcanic eruptions. There are several historic structures here, along with a museum that explains the geology and history, as well as the weirdly-shaped rocks created from molten lava. On this May day, we enjoyed a sunny day among the wildflowers and the rocks.
