What is your favorite hotel room amenity? Robes and slippers? Shower caps? Extra grooming supplies?

I found a new hotel room amenity that I think is one of the best ever.

A wall socket that takes all plugs

Wall sockets that are universal plug adapters! My US plug works in it, as does my AU adapter and the EU adapter.

(Granted there were only two in the room: one in the bathroom and one by the bed. The other sockets took the EU plug.)

But this has to be the best hotel room amenity I’ve seen in a long while.

If all hotels had these it would save this:

Did you know that Argentina uses the AU/NZ wall sockets? And sometimes the European wall sockets as well? So I brought extra plugs of all these.

My Allreli USB charger has all the adapters but they take up space.

I hope more hotels can put these in rooms. They could advertise this on their websites and travelers would so appreciate it.
